Agreement

By accessing or engaging with websites operated by Waythor Group or its subsidiaries, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. This agreement takes effect the moment you load any page on a Waythor-operated domain. If you do not accept these conditions, you should discontinue access to the websites and refrain from utilizing any services provided by the group.

Acceptable conduct

You agree to access Waythor's websites and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. When engaging with the platforms, you agree not to:

Engage with any service in a manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platforms, including restricted areas, servers, or databases
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of any Waythor service, including through the introduction of malware or denial-of-service attacks
Collect, harvest, or scrape data about other visitors without their explicit consent
Reproduce, mirror, or frame any portion of the websites without prior written authorization from the group

Intellectual property

All content on Waythor's websites, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, icons, software, and underlying source code, is the property of Waythor Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections. Research publications and technical papers hosted on Waythor's platforms are provided for informational and educational purposes only. While the group strives for accuracy, no warranties are made about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content contained in any publication. Individual publications may carry specific licensing terms, such as Creative Commons or open-access licenses, which are noted alongside each document. Where no explicit license is stated, all rights remain reserved by Waythor Group or the respective authors. Readers should verify findings independently before relying on them for commercial or critical applications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waythor Group and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or engagement with the services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

All websites and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Waythor disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The group does not guarantee that the platforms will operate without interruption or error.

Changes to terms

Waythor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, the group may provide additional notice through email or a prominent banner on the affected websites. Your continued access to or engagement with the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waythor Group is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. By accessing the platforms, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
